After your profile is created and you purchase your package, share the project details of your garden/area and your concept expectations in the email address sent to your phone. Send photos and measurements of your garden.
This is your first opportunity to share details about your inspiration and goals for the project.
Once your landscape architect is assigned to you, it’s time to schedule a virtual (voice or video call) consultation in your yard. Think of this as a meeting where you can show your architect around, highlight problem areas, and discuss your project concept in more detail.
The Garden Design process will take 2 to 3 weeks. Once you receive your completed design package, we will share with you some tips on how to read and review your plans. A round of revisions is included in your design package if necessary. Additional revisions or alternative concepts are also available for an additional fee.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with our team of landscape architects, each with experience in practice.
You will have a custom design plan that meets your garden/institution’s needs. Your designer creates a personal plan for you based on what you want.
Your garden design takes into account your local environmental conditions, including your region’s climate, topographic features, native plants, ecosystem support and more.
